Due to the nature of our handmade, delicate gold filled jewelry, we can only accept returns of unworn items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is responsible for purchasing return label. Item must be shipped within 14 days of customer receiving the item. Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of intercepted return date, less the cost of shipping and 5% restocking fee.

    We currently ship to all 50 states via USPS Priority Mail. We are happy to provide shipping to any international location with the understanding that we cannot guarantee the order will get to you by a specific delivery date.

Some items are made to order and will be shipped within 2-4 business days—or as soon as possible.

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. We do not ship on Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
