Refund Policy
We take great care in crafting each piece of our handmade, delicate 14k gold-filled jewelry to ensure quality and satisfaction. Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery to confirm it is the correct size and/or color.

Returns:
We can only accept returns of unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label. Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds:
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days, less the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee.

Please note:
Due to the nature of 14k gold-filled jewelry, items returned for inspection due to damage may require additional time for evaluation by our trusted jewelers. In such cases, we will communicate the next steps promptly.
