Returns And Exchanges

  • Please make sure to check your item immediately upon delivery to ensure you have received the correct size and/or color. Due to the nature of our handmade, delicate gold filled jewelry, we can only accept returns of unworn items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is responsible for purchasing return label. Item must be shipped within 14 days of customer receiving the item. Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of intercepted return date, less the cost of shipping and 5% restocking fee.
