The Gift from the Storm

The Gift from the Storm Collection is more than a celebration of ancient ocean relics—it’s a story of resilience, community, and legacy. These rare shark tooth fossils, measuring 7–26mm, were unearthed in the wake of Hurricane Helene and just before Hurricane Milton, during efforts to rebuild and heal. Alongside local friends who were also victims of the storms, we searched the shores of our family home's backyard—the ocean that holds so many memories and meanings for us.

This collection is deeply tied to the memory of Ronnie, who passed away in March while paddle boarding in these same waters. A survivor of two shark attacks, Ronnie’s connection to the ocean was fearless and profound. We see these fossils as a gift from him—a reminder of his enduring spirit and a symbol of protection during difficult times.

Through the The Gift from the Storm Collection, we not only honor Ronnie’s legacy but also aim to give back to the community that stood strong together in the face of adversity. With only two fossils in this exclusive collection, each piece is wire-wrapped by hand to preserve its raw beauty and tell its powerful story.
