Rocket Man Earrings
“And I think it’s gonna be a long, long time...”
There’s a certain ache in leaving—and a quiet strength in the return. The Rocket Man earrings are for the ones who’ve flown far, fallen hard, loved deeply, and still know how to take off again.
Inspired by Elton John’s iconic anthem and the unforgettable last scene of Californication, this design was born on the Venice Canals during a strange, still time—lockdown in LA, a life in flux. That final episode hit differently back then: Hank Moody’s old Porsche headed for LAX. My own story mirrored his in a way—packing bags, heading home to Florida in full caregiver mode, with heartbreak trailing close behind.
Somewhere between that departure and a long-awaited reunion with loved ones, we played Rocket Man on repeat. It became an anthem for a chapter I never expected—one filled with unexpected connection, deep loss, and music that tethered us to memory.
Crafted in 14k gold-filled metal—an enduring, luminous option for those not quite ready for solid gold—and adorned with freshwater pearls, these earrings represent resilience born from pressure. A nod, too, to the skies: my father was a fighter pilot, and flying’s always been part of the story.
If you’ve ever felt the pull of departure or the weight of coming home, this one’s for you.
Wear it, and remember: you’re still flying.
